Turkish doctor’s research published in USA

Turkish doctor Assoc. Dr. Ercan Baştu’s research on in vitro fertilization was published in the official journal of the American Reproductive and Research Association. Examining recurrent failures in IVF treatment, Assoc. Dr. Ercan Baştu examined the inner tissue of the uterus when the embryo could not attach for no reason.

Stating that it is a common problem that a good quality embryo cannot adhere to the uterus and cannot become pregnant, Assoc. Ercan Baştu stated that they carried out a study consisting of 2 groups of 24 and a total of 48 people participated, and said: “In our research, we compared the two groups. In the first group, the healthy embryo formed as a result of at least two in vitro fertilization treatments included patients who could not attach to the female uterus for no reason. We included healthy women who became pregnant and gave birth naturally to the other group we compared.”

WORKING ON TREATMENT ON THE MOLECULAR LEVEL

Professor at Harvard University School of Medicine. Dr. Stating that they carried out the research with John Yeh, Assoc. Dr. Baştu stated that the research was published in Reproductive Science, the official journal of the American Society for Reproductive Investigation, and said the following about the research: “We are about to start a new research that includes the treatment of tissues at the molecular level that are damaged in the uterus. There are more studies. I think that our clinical knowledge will remain superficial and many problems will be detected and resolved at the molecular level. There are many reasons for unsuccessful IVF trials. For example, chocolate cysts (endometrioma) in the ovaries of women, low ovarian reserves, uterine fibroids, adhesions that may exist in the uterus, swelling of the tubes.
