What Is Crohn’s Disease?

The disease usually occurs between the ages of 35 and 40 years.

Causes of Crohn’s Disease

However, as a result of the researches, it is found that the probability of occurrence of this disease is 14 to 15 times higher than normal in children of parents with the disease. It is not an infectious disease and there is no possibility of transmission of Chron’s disease from person to person in any way.

Crohn’s Disease Symptoms

Although symptoms may vary from person to person in Crohn’s disease, the most common symptoms, in general, can be listed as follows:

  • Diarrhea
  • Abdominal pain
  • Constipation and bloating in some cases
  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Fever
  • Anal fissure
  • Blood and inflammation in feces

Chron’s Disease Treatment

People with Chron’s disease should have a special diet plan throughout their lives.  Chron’s disease diet should be regulated accordingly when individuals have diarrhea or constipation problems. Besides, during the active stages of the disease, individuals should avoid heavy spores and movements that require physical force and should rest as much as possible. As a result, the problems caused by the disease can be minimized by paying attention to the treatments under the supervision of a physician and dietician.

  1. I know 2 people with Crones and both started taking Cannabis oil (full spectrum) and now both don’t have to take Prednisone…
    when they stop taking Cannabis oils and leafy greens they have to go back to Prednisone ….. One girl has got off Prednisone for over 3 years now….. The other lives where Cannabis is illegal now and had to go back on Prednisone….. It will kill her in the future if she don’t stop these awful steroids
