Stress is the number one cause of headaches. Because as people are stressed, their muscles harden and turn into a headache with neck pain. You can relieve your headache without medication with the following methods.

Method 1

Do small exercises by moving your shoulder and neck. Also, make sure that your seat is comfortable.

Method 2

Flavors in lemon are good for headaches. After rubbing a small piece of lemon into a paste, apply it to your face and head. After waiting for 5-10 minutes, clean it.

As we said above, one of the most important sources of headache is stress. If you have a headache due to stress, put a few drops of lavender oil on your pillow to sleep.
